Twitter allows users to search for specific keywords and filter the results by “Top” tweets, “All” tweets, and tweets from “People you follow”. Since I follow over 1,000 people that mostly live in Pittsburgh, it’s rather easy for me to find local job openings on Twitter. The keywords “hiring” and “pittsburgh” seem to be the most effective search terms. Here are some recent tweets from companies hiring in the area:
